The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning on Saturday.
Watertown could get 4-8 inches of.snow, with the storm expected to start in the afternoon.
The WHDH Channel 7 forecast calls for light snow in the early afternoon, getting heavy at 6 p.m. The storm will be strong until midnight, with some areas around Boston getting up to 2 inches of snow per hour.
Sunday is expected to be sunny but windy.

[Updated 4:02 p.m.] The snow has turned to rain. Watch out for downed branches and power outages. The snow may return later.
[Updated at 3:27 p.m.] A tree is partially down at Langdon Avenue and Maplewood Street. There are some outages in town, according to NSTAR. There are 22 customers without power.
Thursday’s Historical Commission meeting has been postponed until Feb. 18 due to the storm.
[Updated at 12:57 p.m.] Department of Public Works crews have hit the roads to plow and put down sand and salt. The snow fall rate has increased significantly, with larger flakes. Neighboring Newton has called a snow emergency beginning at 3 p.m. No word from Watertown.

Snow began falling in Watertown before 8 a.m. and could leave more than six inches before it is done Friday morning.
Around six inches is expected in Watertown, according to the WHDH Channel 7 forecast. The map shows the area on the border between the 3-5 inches area and the 6-9 inches area.
The roads had a coating of snow around 10:45 a.m. making driving treacherous. Schools opened in Watertown Thursday, but children will be let out early. Stay tuned for more updates during the storm.
